Q: Do you offer service to the International Terminal?
A: Shuttle Service to/from International Terminal is between 5am and 8pm. Outside those hours, guest should use the Domestic to International Shuttle connector. Please complete the international shuttle request form via link: https://form.jotform.com/222546534875060
Q: What are your hours of operation? Do you close on any holidays?
A: We never close. We are open 24/7.
Q: How far are you from the airport?
A: Park’N Ticket is The Fastest Way To The Runway. We are located just 1.2 miles and a 3 minute ride to the Domestic terminal and 4.8 miles and 12-15 minutes from the International Terminal.
Q: What are the hours of the airport shuttles and how often do they run?
A: Park’N Ticket shuttles run continuously 24 hours a day.
Q: When do I pay?
A: Pay upon returning from your trip, as you leave the lot and receive your free beverage.
Q: What are the accepted methods of payment?
A: Park’N Ticket accepts all major credit cards, check cards, apple/tap to pay and cash. We DO NOT accept any checks.
Q: How do you calculate parking charges?
A: Rates run on a 24 hour clock from the time you pull your ticket to enter the parking lot. After 24 hours, you are charged an hourly rate up until the forth hour. Beyond the first 4 hours, you are charged for a full day.
Q: Is there a minimum number of days that I have to park?
A: No minimum stay is required.
Q: How will you know to pick me up at the airport?
A: Domestic travelers are picked up at ground transportation LN1. Go to North Baggage Claim and take the escalator down to LN1 and look for our shuttle. International travelers should call us when you have collected your bags and we will send a shuttle right away. International travelers will be picked up at A2, Arrivals 2. Please stay at the curb to insure pick up.
Q: What kind of security do you have for my car?
A: Park’N Ticket has someone on property 24/7. Our well lit lot is fenced in and gated with security cameras.
Q: What if my vehicle is over sized?
A: Please call to see if we have space to accommodate your over size vehicle. Oversized vehicles are charged $20 per day and would park on our L row in the uncovered lot.
Q: Will you help me with my luggage?
A: Yes, our drivers are happy to help you with luggage.
Q: Can I have my vehicle washed while I am away?
A: Yes, contact the office about this service.
Q: How do I become a Frequent Parker Club member?
A: You can pick up a rewards card from cashier when you leave the parking lot and register it online OR request a card be sent to you before you travel by contacting the office.
Q: How do I earn free parking in the Frequent Parker Club?
A: Your earn 1 point for every dollar spent it takes 78points for 1 day free in the uncovered area or 102 points for 1 day free in the covered parking area.
Q: How do I redeem my points for free parking?
A: Upon checkout, advise cashier you are wanting to redeem points as payment
Q: How do I change my Password?
A: You may log into your account at parknticket.lotlinq.com at any time to change your password. If you forget your password hit the forgot password button and it will prompt you to reset your password.
Q: How do I order a replacement card if mine is lost or stolen?
A: If your card is lost or stolen, please access your account via website at parknticket.lotlinq.com to use your virtual card. We do not reissue cards. In the event you create a new account, we can transfer all your info over to the new accout for you. (link with info@parknticket.com)

A: Your points NEVER expire. Park’N Ticket reserves the right to change term and condition concerning points at any time.
