Frequent Parker Terms & Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions of a legal agreement between you and Park'N Ticket, Inc, a Georgia Corporation. By registering your Park'N Ticket Rewards on the this website (the “Website”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Park'N Ticket Rewards Card Terms and Conditions") as well as the Website's more general Terms and Conditions of Use (the “General Terms and Conditions”), and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations with respect to The Park'N Ticket Rewards Program.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE Park'N Ticket Rewards Card TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN DO NOT REGISTER YOUR Park'N Ticket Rewards. The Park'N Ticket Rewards Terms and Conditions govern solely your participation in The Park'N Ticket Rewards Program, and are in addition to the General Terms and Conditions.

The Park'N Ticket Rewards Terms and Conditions govern solely your participation in The Park'N Ticket Rewards Program, and are in addition to the General Terms and Conditions.
- Park'N Ticket will give 1 point for each dollar spent per full price day. Points can NOT be earned with days parked using special rates, free or special coupon days.
- Redeeming your points: Rewards profiles MUST be registered before you can redeem your points. It takes 78 points for 1 day free in the uncovered area or 102 points for 1 day free in the covered area. You may use up to 14 free days per visit.
- Corporate rates can be attached to your Rewards account. Park'N Ticket reserves the right to verify if customer is allowed to receive said corporate rate. If customer is not valid for a rate and fraudulently set themselves up for a rate, Park'N Ticket reserves the right to void the Rewards account and customer will lose all accrued points.
- Transferability of Rewards Points: Rewards Points are transferable only gratuitously, and are void if bartered or sold. Lost, stolen or expired award certificates cannot be replaced.
- Modification or Cancellation of Park'N Ticket Rewards Program: Park'N Ticket reserves the right to modify or cancel the Park'N Ticket Rewards Program at any time and from time to time, without notice. Such modification or cancellation will be effective when posted on the Website. Such modification may include, without limitation, changes in the terms and conditions for the award of Park'N Ticket Rewards points, changes in the terms and conditions for the redemption of Park'N Ticket Rewards program points and the issuance of points, and changes in the terms and conditions for the redemption of points.
- Park'N Ticket reserves the right to refuse and terminate any and all service to any customer who is disruptive or threatens the health and safety of workers or customers.
- Park'N Ticket WILL NEVER SELL OR MAKE AVAILABLE YOUR FREQUENT PARKER REWARDS CARD INFORMATION TO ANYONE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS WRITTEN PERMISSION.
